Can I include a personalised card with a message -
Yes, you can! We love to personalise your gift boxes for you. We use natural Kraft cards with an envelope to pop inside the box. Please send your personalised message by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will hand write that for you. There is also a notes section at checkout to leave a message.
We have cards -Thank you, Happy Birthday, Congratulations, A lovely heart on the front of card or Merry Christmas. If you would like to personalise the front of your card please let us know.
Where are you based?
We are based in Perth Western Australia
We are dedicated in shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please allow 1 business day for processing and hand packing.
If we are adding certain treats / sweet items that need to be fresh to your order please allow 1-2 business days.

All gift boxes can be tracked
Please note that both the buyer of the gift and the recipient of the gift must be over 18 years of age with any gift boxes that have alcohol.
Alcohol deliveries must be signed for on delivery and or collection from post offices
Can you send your gift boxes for business gifting -
Yes we can! We would be happy to have " Taste of Swan Valley " as corporate gifting. We can deliver to businesses across Australia through Australia Post. For larger orders please contact us as checkout may not show quantity required.
What is your return policy -
All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged during transit. If that is the case, please email us a photo of the broken item with in 48 hours of receiving your Gift Box and we will sort it out as quickly as possible with a replacement item.
If there is really warm weather there is the possibility that chocolate could soften during the delivery process. Taste of Swan Valley is not liable if chocolate or any other products are altered as a result of their transportation. Please be mindful during summer months that such items pose a risk of deterioration. All of our gift items are stored in a cool environment prior to delivery, and gifts are delivered ASAP to minimise any risks.
We endeavour as much as possible to protect all items from the rigours of transport using strong packaging.
We use our best endeavours to ensure the gift box and product orders are delivered to you within the delivery guidelines of Australia Post and or Sendle. However, we will not be liable for events which are beyond our control and which may cause delivery delays once gift boxes and products leave our premise.
All our products and gift boxes are quality inspected and packed carefully, so damages are rare. However occasionally damage may occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your gift box arrives damaged, please contact us. Should there be an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us with the items details, photo and we will make arrangements for a replacement item for you.

Some products are photographed with additional props. Unless something is listed in the product description it is not included. Should we not have one, or part of the requested gift box item available, we reserve the right to substitute that product, however guarantee the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.
