Please note that both the buyer of the gift and the recipient of the gift must be over 18 years of age for any gift box with alcohol.

Alcohol deliveries must be signed for on delivery and or collection from post offices

Standard shipping ( 2 - 7 business days )

Express shipping ( 1 - 2 business days )  There are currently delays with express delivery of up to 6 days.

These delivery times are approximate, we do our utmost to have your order packed and to Australia Post and into our Courier to its destination as soon as humanly possible.

Authority to Leave -

Alcohol orders - You must be over 18 years to order and receive deliveries. Alcohol deliveries must be signed for on delivery and or collection from post offices from Australis Post. 

Australia post charge $2.95 for signature on deliveries - this charge is paid by Taste of Swan Valley. 

Gift boxes delivered via Australia Post can choose a business address, residential address or even parcel locker! if you are not available for delivery or not home a card will be left with instructions on how to collect the gift box with a note that will be placed in the mailbox and the parcel transported to the nearest Post Office or Agent for collection by the recipient.

Do you deliver to apartments - 

Yes we do!  Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, as in the event you are not home to receive your delivery Australia Post will leave you a red card with details on it to your nearest Australia Post office for pick up. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes - 

Yes we do through Australia Post 

Is Sendle an express service?  (Currently not using Sendle)  

Sendle pick up and deliver across Australia and around the world for flat-rates. In general deliveries are 2 - 6 days. Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.
Remote parcel deliveries are charged a simple flat-rate surcharge of $13.00 on top of the national rate.

If  there’s no one at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the driver is unable to complete the delivery. This means they will need to either redeliver the parcel, or drop it off at a local collection point. 

If you missed a delivery, you'll find a bpost missed-delivery card in your mailbox. The card will inform you where you can collect your parcel. You have fourteen days to collect it.
